Contact tags

Tags on your CRM contacts at each step, for workflows you choose to run.

With Tag the customer’s contact at each step on in Trades settings, the customer’s contact gets a tag when things happen:

• rowan trades: estimate sent
• rowan trades: estimate signed
• rowan trades: change order sent
• rowan trades: payment due
• rowan trades: payment received
• rowan trades: job complete

Tags never send anything by themselves. Workflows that start from them are ones you or your agency build, approve and turn on.
