Sending an estimate and getting it signed

One link to review, choose upgrades, sign and pay the deposit.

1. On the estimate, click Get signing link. Copy the link and send it from your conversations, or text it yourself. Rowan Trades never sends it on its own.
2. The customer opens it, sees the scope and price (cash price and card price with dual pricing), and picks any upgrades.
3. They initial, agree to sign electronically and type their name to sign. The notice of their right to cancel within three business days is shown before they sign.
4. If the schedule starts with a deposit, they pay it on the same page.

The estimate shows Sent, then Viewed when they open it, then Signed. Signing creates the job with its phases, lines and payment schedule. The signature records the name, time, IP address and device.
