Jobs and the job page
Jobs lists every active job with a progress bar (solid is done, blue is in progress, outlined is still to come, and the words under each bar say the same thing), the next step, the contract and what needs attention. Finished shows completed jobs.
The job page has the timeline of phases with the payment pinned to each one, the current phase with its tasks, the next phase, change orders, the activity history, Money (contract, change orders and the payment schedule) and Job costing (estimated cost, actual costs and projected margin).
Click Mark phase done when a phase is finished. The next phase starts, and if a payment is pinned to that phase it goes to review.
