Home: your numbers and what needs attention
Home shows five numbers: booked this month (contracts signed, with their change orders), collected this month, margin on active jobs (from estimated costs, and actual costs where you’ve entered them), owed to you (approved and sent payments not paid yet, with what’s past a week) and open estimates.
Needs attention
Every line says what to do and has an Open link to where you do it:
- A draw waiting for your review, or approved and not sent
- A payment not received after 7 days
- An estimate viewed but not signed, sent but not opened, or still in draft
- A change order not signed yet
- A phase waiting on someone, or past its end date
- A job with no project manager
Sales and production
Sales (last 90 days) shows your close rate, days from starting an estimate to sending it, days from sending to signing, and where the work comes from: estimates, signed jobs and dollars for each lead source. Production shows active jobs and your backlog (sold work that hasn’t started).
