Reviewing a draw before it goes out
When a phase with a payment is finished, that draw waits for your review. The review lists allowance and estimate lines, and fixed lines that ran over, next to what they actually cost.
- Bill customer: add the difference to this payment.
- We absorb it: your margin takes it.
- Hold for final: settle it on the last payment.
- Credit: when a line came in under, the customer pays less.
Fixed-price overages are never billed to the customer without a signed change order. Click Approve. Approving doesn’t send anything: you get a payment link to send yourself, or you can record a check or other payment.
